Please note that at present we are fully booked for the September 2024 session and have no vacancies.

The Childrens Circle Celbridge is a Montessori school catering for pre school children aged 2 1/2 years to 5 years.

It was set up by Martina Stokes in 1993, and has since grown and been developed to become one of the most respected pre schools in the area. A number of our staff have Degree level qualifications.

The Montessori Classroom

In Montessori, the curriculum is embedded within a learning environment or classroom, in the form of a carefully designed and sequenced range of hands-on learning materials and activities. Montessori materials are designed to stimulate the child into logical thought and discovery.

Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Scheme

The Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Scheme provides early care and education for children of pre-school age. In general, the provision amounts to 3 hours per day, 5 days a week over certain number of weeks for children enrolled in participating playschools.

The ECCE scheme is administered by the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth .
